We want your curated pieces to arrive just as beautifully as they were intended. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your items….and what to do if something’s not quite right.

Deliveries & Returns


At Curated for KIN, by Britt White Studio, we believe furnishing your home should feel effortless and exciting. That’s why our end-to-end service takes care of everything from ordering and logistics to delivery and (on the rare occasion it’s needed) returns. No heavy lifting, no chasing up couriers. Just one seamless, curated experience from start to finish.

Each of our room collections is designed to work as a cohesive package, so omissions aren’t part of the process. But that doesn’t mean it’s one-size-fits-all. We’re happy to personalise your selections or discuss upgrades during your consultation to make sure everything feels just right for you.

Once your order is placed, everything is sent to our local freight receiving and consolidation facility. Here, every item is quality-checked, carefully stored and prepped for installation so your home is styled to perfection when the big day arrives.

We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates on delivery schedules, and if something unexpected comes up, we’ll always let you know. In the rare case of a supplier delay, we may offer a suitable substitute to help maintain your installation timeline. Typically, our goal is to have your full collection installed within 2–3 months of placing your order and settling your invoice.

Because each home and order is unique, delivery costs aren’t included in the ‘starting from’ prices listed online or in our Collection Lookbooks. Instead, your customised quote, provided at the conclusion of Stage 3: Design Consultation, will detail all applicable freight and delivery charges tailored to your location and needs. These are calculated as accurately as possible, though occasionally adjustments may be necessary down the track. If so, we’ll always keep you informed and issue an updated invoice accordingly. All pricing is exclusive of GST.

We work with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality and service, so issues like damage or defects are rare. But in the event something isn’t quite right, we’ll handle all returns and replacements for you, at no extra charge. Easy.

You’ll also receive a Warranty Pack shortly after installation, outlining the warranty terms of every product in your collection, each one backed by our reputable third-party suppliers.

And of course, all purchases made through Curated for KIN are covered by the Consumer Guarantees outlined under Australian Consumer Law.
