Simply browse the collections and add the rooms you need to your Wishlist to start building your estimate. During your free online consultation, we’ll chat through your Wishlist and its suitability for your unique requirements, before delivering a tailored estimate for your project.

As a guide, furnishing a three-bedroom home typically starts at around $50,000 (products only).

Ordering a collection is simple and an exciting step in your design journey.

Start by taking our Style Personality Quiz, then head to your prefered style page to browse the curated collection that is right for you by room type. Select your favourites and add them to your Wishlist and submit.

Next, we’ll set up a complimentary online design consultation to chat about your project, review your floor plan and fine-tune your preferences.

From there, it’s just a few clicks from inbox to checkout. Easy!

For each collection, we showcase a render that brings the design to life, giving you a glimpse of how it could look in a home setting, hopefully similar to yours.

If your home has unique shapes or specifications, we’ll discuss these in our complimentary online consultation to ensure everything works seamlessly. Even though we are online, we are real people, here to help you create a home that feels just right.

You bet! Our VIP service is designed to make furnishing your home feel effortless: from placing orders and managing quality checks to storage, delivery, full installation plus rubbish removal and recycling. We handle it all, so you can simply open the door and settle into your beautifully curated space.

Additional costs, such as: delivery, warehousing and installation; are calculated separately based on your location and specific needs.

On each relevant collection page, you’ll find a detailed summary of every item - even down to the light bulbs.

When you’re ready to place your order, your customised quote will refine and confirm your complete inventory. If unforeseen delays arise, we may substitute a similar product to ensure your deadline is met.

We are very transparent about our offering and aim to ensure that there are no surprises.

We do not sell specific construction components such as tiles, plaster or kitchen sinks. Please note our Collections are not for commercial purposes - all materials are specified for longevity and use in residential homes.

While we do not list every item that is not included, we do list all of the items that are. This list varies by room and can be seen on the room collection page under “What’s Included”. When you are ready to place your order, your quote will also include a full list of every single item we will be delivering to your home.

Our suppliers vary across the collections but include AH Beard, Design by Them, RJ Living and Sarah Ellison to name a few, in addition to local Victorian artisans and various wholesale suppliers.

We’ll only ever work with brands that we have already tested and provide the highest quality for a moderate budget.

Our collections are curated to take the hassle out of decision-making, so your options are streamlined. If you could benefit from, say, a bigger dining table or a tweak to the colour palette, we’ll certainly accommodate these requests and choices during your complimentary design consultation.

If you need to make changes after placing your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Please understand that collections are sold as a complete package in most circumstances.

Absolutely! We’re happy to source or add individual items to complement your chosen selection.

While collections are sold as cohesive packages, we can accommodate additional items or offer colour and fabric substitutions where possible. However, excluding specific items from a collection may not always be feasible.

We sure can recommend trusted, licensed trades or subcontractors to help with tasks like swapping a light fitting or updating a kitchen tap. You’ll engage them directly and they’ll invoice you for the work, keeping everything simple and covered by the necessary insurances.
